1. Co-ordinates and arranges activities according to the Director of F&B’s requirement.按照餐饮总监(餐饮)的要求协调并安排工作及活动。
2. Arranges appointments and meetings for the F&B, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.餐饮部约会及会议并将日程安排记录在其议事日记中,确保每一次约会前为部门准备好所需有关文件。
3. Provides translation and interpretation services to the F&B. 负责为餐饮部门笔译及口译。
4. Attends all Food & Beverage meetings, takes minutes of such meetings accurately, transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.参加所有餐饮部会议,做好会议记录并分发给相关人员。
5. Compiles daily revenue and log reports from all outlets for the Director of F&B’s perusal.从各餐厅和厨房处收集每日收入并整理、编辑当日报告交与餐饮总监。
6. To liaise with Director of F&B and Outlet Managers and assist them in their duties.密切配合、支持餐饮总监及各厨房和餐厅经理并协助其工作。
7. Assess priorities of work and wherever possible, assists in organizing the F&B priorities.正确估计工作中的优先轻重次序并尽可能协助餐饮部根据情形安排工作。
8. Prepares replies to routine correspondence for F&B.为餐饮部准备常规信函之回复。
